Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, selected interest, message and acknowledgement of this policy. Please do not include payment details, identity documents or sensitive medical information in the form. Details provided when you join the club may be covered by separate membership information.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss a visit or membership, provide the information you request and maintain relevant correspondence. We also process information as needed to protect the website, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations. We do not use an enquiry as permission to send unrelated marketing.
Form delivery and spam prevention
The enquiry form submits to FormSubmit, which delivers it to our email inbox and may perform a spam check using Google reCAPTCHA. These providers may process your submission, IP address, browser information and related technical data. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions in its archive for 30 days; copies delivered to the club’s mailbox are handled separately. Maps, external links and WhatsApp
Google Maps is loaded only when you select “Load Google Map”. Doing so connects your browser to Google and may disclose your IP address and device data or allow Google to use cookies according to its own settings and policy. You can close the embedded map, although this does not remove cookies already set by Google. Directions links, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp open separate services with their own privacy policies. A message sent through WhatsApp is handled by WhatsApp and the club’s account.
Website data and cookies
This website does not add advertising pixels, audience analytics or marketing cookies. Its hosting service may process technical connection and security logs, such as IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps. Video and font files are hosted with the site. External services requested by you may use cookies or similar technology as described above.
Sharing and international processing
We share information with service providers only as needed to deliver and operate the website, handle enquiries, maintain email correspondence or meet legal requirements. Information may be processed outside Indonesia by hosting, form, email and communication providers. We do not sell enquiry details.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the resulting relationship, resolve issues or meet applicable record-keeping requirements. We use reasonable access controls and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some information may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations. You can also choose to call instead of using the form or embedded map.
